1. Eligibility

1.1.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to participate.

1.2.

You must have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

1.3.

We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at our sole discretion.

2. Enrollment and Account

2.1.

To participate, you must submit a complete and accurate affiliate application. The application must accurately describe your promotional channels (e.g., Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, websites, Discord servers).

2.2.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2.3.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to promptly update any changes.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

4.1 Misrepresentation and deceptive conduct

  • Misrepresent Company, its products, services, pricing, or availability.
  • Make false, misleading, or deceptive claims about Company or your relationship with Company.
  • Fail to disclose your affiliate relationship where required by applicable law or regulation.

4.2 Unauthorized promotional methods

  • Engage in spam, unsolicited communications, or advertising that violates any applicable law or regulation.
  • Use paid search ads, display ads, or social media ads that bid on, target, or include Company trademarks, brand names, or branded variations (including misspellings) without prior written approval.
  • Distribute Affiliate Links on coupon aggregator sites, deal comparison sites, cashback platforms, or browser extensions without prior written approval.
  • Promote through any channel, method, or platform not disclosed in your affiliate application or subsequently approved in writing by Company.

4.3 Fraudulent tracking and attribution manipulation

  • Use cookie stuffing, cookie dropping, or any method that sets tracking cookies on users without a genuine, voluntary click on your Affiliate Link.
  • Deploy hidden iframes, invisible pixels, auto-redirects, forced redirects, pop-unders, or embedded scripts that trigger affiliate tracking without the user’s knowledge or active intent.
  • Use browser extensions, toolbars, or plugins that inject, overwrite, or set affiliate tracking cookies.
  • Intercept, hijack, or claim attribution for users who arrive at Company through organic search, direct navigation, paid advertising, or any other channel not originating from your disclosed promotional activity.
  • Use redirect chains, domain cloaking, URL masking, or any technique designed to obscure the true origin of affiliate traffic.
  • Use bots, automated scripts, malware, adware, or any software to generate artificial clicks, impressions, traffic, or conversions.
  • Manipulate or interfere with Company’s tracking, attribution, or analytics systems in any way.

4.4 Account integrity

  • Operate multiple affiliate accounts under different identities or entities without prior written disclosure and approval.
  • Allow any third party to use your Affiliate Links, account credentials, or referral codes without prior written approval.
  • Submit inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information in your affiliate application, including misrepresenting your promotional channels, audience size, or traffic sources.

4.5 Intellectual property and compliance

  • Infringe any intellectual property rights of Company or any third party.
  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or industry standards in connection with your promotional activities.

4.6 Enforcement

Violation of any provision in this Section 4 may result in immediate termination of your participation in the Affiliate Program and forfeiture of all unpaid commissions, in accordance with Sections 9.2 and 9.4. Company reserves the right to reverse previously paid commissions where a violation is discovered after payment, in accordance with Section 5.4. Company may, but is not obligated to, provide notice of the specific violation prior to taking action.

5. Commissions

5.1.

Commissions are earned only on qualifying transactions as determined by Company.

5.2.

Commission rates, payment thresholds, and payment schedules are defined on the Affiliate Program page or dashboard and may change at any time.

5.3.

No commission is earned from leaked coupons associated, refunded, canceled, fraudulent, or disputed transactions.

5.4.

Company reserves the right to reverse commissions in cases of abuse, error, or violation of these Terms.

6. Payments

6.1.

Payments will be made via the method specified by Company, subject to meeting the minimum payout threshold.

6.2.

You are responsible for providing accurate payment and tax information.

6.3.

You are solely responsible for any taxes arising from affiliate earnings.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1.

Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Company trademarks and marketing materials solely for participation in the Affiliate Program.

7.2.

All goodwill arising from such use inures solely to the benefit of Company.

7.3.

You may not modify Company branding without prior written consent.

8. Confidentiality

Any non-public information disclosed by Company, including commission structures or performance data, is confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties.

9. Term and Termination

9.1.

These Terms remain in effect until terminated by either party.

9.2.

Company may terminate your participation at any time, with or without cause, by written notice.

9.3.

Upon termination, you must immediately stop using Affiliate Links and Company materials.

9.4.

Outstanding commissions may be forfeited if termination results from a violation of these Terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Affiliate Program is provided “as is” and “as available.” Company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the program, tracking, or commission availability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the Affiliate Program.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Company from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your participation in the Affiliate Program or violation of these Terms.

13. Independent Contractor Relationship

You are an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship.

14. Modifications

Company may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Affiliate Program constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
